Advanced Horsemanship Month 2 – Equine Nutrition

In month two of the Advanced Horsemanship program we will look at feeding the working horse, compare feed for the grass-kept vs stabled horse, take an in-depth look at the six vital nutrients and their sources, and develop a feeding program.  You will dive deeper into the rules of good feeding and their importance, and learn to identify types of hay and assess the quality of feeds.
