December Courses

As we get near to wrapping up this strange year, classes are still going on throughout December. Normally we would take this month off, but given that we missed two and a half months of classes due to the spring pandemic shutdown and September wildfire smoke, we’ve decided to soldier on. Our classes, with their abundance of space and fresh air, provide an opportunity to get out and move in a safe and physically distant manner, and we’re happy to offer this opportunity to our regular attendees.

A few things to note
  • BONUS MOUNTED COMBAT MASTERY 29 November. We have one extra class this month to make up for the one we missed in September due to wildfires.
  • The December Riding 3 and Beginner Riding & Horsemanship classes start THIS weekend, November 29th. Riding 2 starts in December.
  • There is one more Prix Fiore class on December 7th. Anyone with Riding Level 1 can join this fun class. The drop-in fee is $60+gst.
  • Beginner and Level 3 classes will end on December 20th.
  • Riding Level 2 classes will end on December 27th, along with the last Mastery class for the year.
  • Classes start up again on January 10th.

Class is limited to four riders, with two free audit spaces available.  Auditors will have the opportunity to be ‘fifth riders’ if regular class members are unable to attend. Riders should be comfortable at walk, trot, and ground poles as a minimum.  Riders who are able to canter and jump will have the opportunity to add those elements to their pattern.
